ちょっと情報といううか小耳にはさんだヨタ話ですが、
中国で倒壊したマンション、

地上から上の構造は日本の大手設計事務所の設計なんですね。
正確に書くと、大手設計が大連に外注して製図させたCAD図面が
流出というか盗難されてそれを利用したようです。
が、地下基礎構造の図面がなかったため自重を支えきれず倒壊。
